What you'll do

• Perform circulating nurse functions according to approved operating-room procedures
• prepare the operating room for the patient, procedure, and surgeon
• assemble and check equipment, supplies, and instruments
• anticipate surgical-team needs and support anesthesia personnel during anesthesia administration
• review patient records and needs to plan care
• assist with safe patient positioning and operative-site preparation
• monitor aseptic technique.

Why this role
