Field Support Specialist (On-Call)

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors
• handle calls and greet visitors
• receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• support shipping and receiving
• assist with office supplies, facilities requests, and basic troubleshooting
• support copy/print services and office equipment
• help with office moves and meeting-room setup
• provide reception or front-desk coverage as needed
• travel daily between client sites.
