What you'll do

• Provide swimming instruction and motivation
• demonstrate and observe proper stroke techniques
• ensure appropriate technique and equipment use
• maintain a safe learning environment
• work with participants across ages and skill levels
• lift equipment and assist with lifting a small to average-size child as needed.
