The Operations Crewmember Lead role is onsite in Hampton, VA. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The position supports a client facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. The lead coordinates and monitors contract personnel, staffing, schedules, training, and performance to support quality control and contract compliance at the client’s bridge-tunnel operations facilities.

What you'll do

• Monitor Operator Bridge Tunnel contractor work for quality and contract compliance
• coordinate staffing needs and shift assignments with VDOT operations managers
• participate in recruiting, selection, orientation, and onboarding
• coordinate field training
• develop schedules and address personnel issues
• represent the company during client events
• monitor performance reports and timesheets
• respond to personnel emergencies
• communicate policies and safety priorities
• investigate accidents and complaints
• process leave and timesheet paperwork
• maintain personnel files and activity reports.
