What you'll do

• Assist attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation
• draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• manage case files and calendars
• coordinate document production
• prepare exhibits and trial materials
• e-file in Florida state and federal courts
• coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
• conduct legal research
• communicate with clients, counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
