What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Etch-area tool sets and related equipment
• support equipment including specified AMAT, Gasonics, STS, Axcelis, and Semitool systems
• apply mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• use knowledge of SPC
• follow safety requirements and work in a cleanroom.
