What you'll do

• Review prescriptions and instructions in electronic medical records
• verify prescription accuracy and prepare laboratory work orders
• help patients select frames and understand lens options
• take pupillary distance and segment-height measurements
• fit, adjust, repair, and modify frames
• manage frame and contact lens inventory
• assist with documentation and vision insurance processing.
