Clinical Nurse — Oncology

What you'll do

• Create a supportive environment for patients and families through communication and emotional support
• collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary
• educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
• participate in team meetings and contribute to unit programs and initiatives.

Why this role
