What you'll do

• Prepare independent estimates and validate full-project budgets
• reconcile estimates with GC/CM submissions
• review GMP and lump-sum proposals, bid packages, subcontractor pricing, vendor quotes, and schedules of values
• identify scope gaps, cost drivers, assumptions, and risks
• support value engineering and prepare estimate documentation and reports
• transition to construction cost management, including pay applications, change orders, cost reporting, contingency tracking, cash-flow forecasts, EAC updates, and closeout reconciliation.
