What you'll do
- Welcome and greet patients
- provide injections and assist with procedures
- complete patient intake and pharmacy refills
- escort patients through the clinic
- gather and record clinical data relevant to visits
- explain clinic processes and wait times
- consult clinical staff about patient concerns
- report issues to the Lead Medical Assistant or Clinical Coordinator
- perform other clinical duties as directed by the physician.
