What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter

• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
