Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Straight Nights)

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) for individualized resident care. Collaborates with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinates care, performs resident assessments, and provides resident education.
