What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify website and customer-experience improvements
• gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements
• create user stories, specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• liaise between business stakeholders and developers
• support UAT and production deployments
• configure and maintain CMS and digital-commerce settings
• analyze processes, performance, and data
• support integrations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
• manage multiple enhancement requests and projects.
