Recovery Specialist — Swing Shift

What you'll do

• Monitor client behavior and activity
• conduct safety checks on incoming property
• maintain bed rosters and census
• assist with meal preparation and distribution
• communicate observations and needs to health or substance-use-disorder staff
• support shift changes
• orient incoming clients
• de-escalate behavior
• maintain cleanliness, laundry, bed rolls, and supplies
• assist with transportation and emergency response as directed.
