What you'll do

• Set talent acquisition vision, strategy, and priorities for assigned R&D client groups
• advise R&D leaders, Business HR, and Global Talent Acquisition
• develop customized recruiting and sourcing strategies
• personally recruit critical roles when needed
• advise on TA processes, governance, resource planning, and team assignments
• hire, coach, and develop senior recruiting professionals
• support global HR and TA initiatives
• provide data-driven talent insights
• champion recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools
• audit processes for improvement and compliance.
