What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding

• operate multi-line phones
• record waivers and event information
• record tournament and league scores and print game sheets
• maintain confidentiality
• resolve guest concerns or refer them to a manager
• enforce venue policies
• complete assigned projects and duties.
