Shift Supervisor

What you'll do

• Direct associates during a shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate performance and address performance concerns
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure unit expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• respond to employee complaints and time-off requests
• mentor and develop employees as appropriate.
