What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for arriving patients and walk-ins
• ensure visit documentation is complete
• verify insurance and Medicaid eligibility
• check patients out, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups
• enter demographic information
• assist with prescription refills and medical record requests
• reconcile daily transactions
• maintain front-office supplies and reception area
• collaborate with dental providers and staff.
