What you'll do

• Assist individuals with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and personal hygiene
• monitor medication schedules and document changes
• record assessments and goals in the electronic health record
• prepare meals according to dietary requirements
• encourage nutrition and hydration
• check vital signs and report significant changes
• provide emotional support
• and maintain a clean, safe living space. CPR, crisis intervention, and medication administration are performed using agency-trained protocols. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours and an on-call rotation may be required as necessary.
