What you'll do

• Lead complete estimates and bid strategy for complex projects
• review bid documents for scope gaps and risks
• oversee quantity takeoffs
• evaluate labor, productivity, equipment, vendor, and subcontractor pricing
• prepare bid proposals and estimate summaries
• solicit and analyze bids
• recommend contingencies and proposal language
• mentor estimating team members.
