Assistant Field Manager — Property Inspector

The Assistant Field Manager — Property Inspector role is onsite across vacation rental properties in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Pay is $21.00–$23.50 per hour. The seasonal full-time role supports Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes, a vacation rental management company, in preparing properties for guest arrivals. The assistant manager inspects and stages properties, checks inventory and condition, reports damage, and performs minor repairs as needed. The role coordinates with cleaning and maintenance teams and documents inspection findings using technology.

What you'll do

• Inspect and stage vacation rental properties
• conduct post-cleaning inspections
• verify inventory and facility condition
• identify and report maintenance needs and perform small repairs as necessary
• collaborate with team members and use technology to track inspection data
• work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• participate in an overnight on-call requirement of at least 1–2 days per week.
