What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas
• set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment
• wash, rack, and store dishes and cookware
• remove trash and keep floors dry and clear
• follow food-handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• report equipment failures and hazards
• complete assigned opening, running, closing, nightly, and weekly duties.
