What you'll do

• Support key accounts and field sales representatives
• manage sales-cycle service including freight estimates, quotes, order entry and tracking, stock status, shipping follow-up, returns, and customer inquiries
• review open-order reports
• prepare reports
• participate in customer calls
• coordinate order priorities with logistics and scheduling
• support accounts receivable
• qualify potential business and update customer records.
