What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management
• follow site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and verify credentials
• prepare reports and communicate with company leadership and site contacts.
