What you'll do

• Maintain legal templates, agreements, contract files, and tracking systems
• assist with contract review and execution documents
• manage trademark records, renewals, and docketing
• coordinate patent filings and maintenance
• support copyright and licensing compliance
• maintain regulatory licensing dockets and deadlines
• coordinate legal vendor invoices, budgets, and expense tracking
• conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
