What you'll do

• Follow procedures that respect participants’ and staff members’ rights
• coordinate communication among participants, staff, and stakeholders
• ensure staff support daily and weekly chores
• monitor participant financial transactions
• ensure participants have personal items
• provide staff training and materials for leisure activities
• dispense medication as required by regulations
• provide counseling for minor adjustment needs and refer serious problems
• ensure staff use Therap for program documentation.
