What you'll do

• Manage tools, equipment, and staffing resources effectively
• Interpret project estimates and assist with layout and installation
• Complete documentation such as logs, evaluations, and time cards
• Conduct safety audits and enforce jobsite safety protocols
• Mentor and coach crew members using structured feedback processes
• Collaborate with internal departments and utilize company resources for project support
• Maintain compliance with company policies and coordinate with HR as needed
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective problem-solving
• Participate in employee referral and mentoring programs.
