Senior Quality Manager

The Senior Quality Manager role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and compensation is not specified. The role supports Lex Products’ Davie defense manufacturing site, which builds power distribution units and cable assemblies for defense customers. This hands-on leader will rebuild and own the site’s Quality Management System, guide AS9100 recertification and QPL restoration, and maintain compliance as military programs grow. The role also develops the quality team and helps ensure products meet customer and defense requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System and related procedures
• serve as primary quality contact for customers, prime contractors, auditors, and government representatives
• run internal audits, management reviews, and the material review board
• lead root-cause and corrective/preventive action
• own first article inspection and final acceptance
• lead supplier quality and counterfeit-parts prevention
• partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Contracts
• develop and coach the quality team.
