Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, and pays $25.00–$35.00 per hour. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week weekday position. Facility Innovations Group is expanding into solar projects and this role builds and runs the HR operating system supporting office and field teams.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, timecards, payroll inputs, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding
• maintain HR policies and employee records
• administer business licensing, bonding, insurance, and workers’ compensation
• coordinate with HR partners, brokers, surety providers, and licensing authorities
• respond to unemployment claims
• maintain HR systems and trackers
• and use approved AI tools for routine drafting, summarizing, analysis, and workflow automation while protecting confidential data.
