What you'll do

• Follow purchasing policies and procedures
• negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and delivery
• schedule items needed for production cycles
• prepare purchase orders for supplies, tooling, and maintenance
• maintain inventory of purchased materials and oversee the tool crib
• follow up on distribution to departments
• comply with company policies, MIOSHA, safety, and quality requirements
• maintain a clean work environment and report safety or quality concerns.
