What you'll do

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues
• remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
• maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports, and integrated master schedules
• serve as primary contact for government stakeholders on delivery status, risks, and milestones
• coordinate workstreams, vendors, and government counterparts
• track team velocity, sprint metrics, and program KPIs
• facilitate backlog refinement with product owners
• ensure deliverables meet contract, quality, and governance requirements
• mentor team members on Agile practices.

Why this role
