What you'll do

• Follow details in banquet event orders
• provide warm, attentive guest service
• keep banquet areas clean, organized and safe
• clear and secure rooms after functions and store equipment in designated areas
• greet guests
• submit maintenance requests for damaged equipment
• assist with room setups, food service and cleanup when needed
• maintain equipment
• report shortages, damage or security issues
• handle reasonable guest requests and complaints.
