Lead Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The Lead Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Technician role is full-time and onsite in Washington, PA, with dispatch from home to customer sites. Pay is $25–$45 per hour. Shearer Heating provides residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration services to its community. The technician diagnoses and repairs HVAC systems, performs routine maintenance, documents service calls and processes payments using an iPad, and works with fellow technicians to support reliable customer service.
