Territory Sales Manager — Wireless Retail

What you'll do

• Onboard and train Retail Sales Associates
• visit assigned stores weekly and inspect merchandising, demos, and attach
• monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance
• conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations
• approve payroll
• coach associates with action plans
• personally achieve weekly sales
• cover shifts when needed.
