What you'll do

• Oversee daily dining operations
• follow dining policies and procedures
• purchase food and nonfood items and maintain ordering compliance
• manage food and supply budgets
• use standard recipes
• ensure food safety, portioning, and prescribed diets
• support resident choice and dining satisfaction
• develop cleaning procedures
• lead pre-meal staff briefings
• represent the community during health inspections
• maintain clean dining areas
• hire, train, manage, and schedule dining staff.
