What you'll do

• Develop and implement site plans
• prepare and monitor budgets and explain variances
• manage rental rates, occupancy, and operating expenses
• oversee resident and capital improvements and property inspections
• train and evaluate staff
• ensure leasing files and reporting comply with company policy and fair housing laws
• maintain relationships with owners, asset managers, vendors, and residents
• resolve concerns.
