What you'll do

• Provide short-term evidence-based treatment from a private onsite office
• conduct manager and clinical consultations
• support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available
• maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and professional standards
• coordinate with Lyra team members and the employer contact
• develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings or lunch-and-learns
• participate in customer-sponsored events
• use the Lyra platform for care documentation and scheduling.
