The Overnight Mental Health Counselor - Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program role is onsite in Commerce City, CO, and is full-time. The stated pay range is $23.25–$26.24 per hour. Shiloh House provides youth behavioral health and trauma-informed care for at-risk youth ages 7–18. The counselor provides overnight supervision, structure, and safety for youth in a residential setting. Working with clinicians and educators, the role implements treatment and behavior plans, supports youth through behavioral and emotional challenges, and documents activities and participates in team meetings and training.

What you'll do

• Supervise youth and maintain structure
• remain alert and awake
• implement treatment and behavior plans with clinicians and educators
• maintain consistent boundaries
• use verbal de-escalation
• conduct safety and 15-minute bed checks
• prepare basic meals and perform light housekeeping
• transport youth to school, appointments, and activities
• document activities and attend team meetings and training.
