What you'll do

• Conduct vocational exploration and situational assessments
• identify employment barriers and provide supportive services where appropriate
• develop and monitor employment plans
• coordinate with referral sources and workforce providers
• monitor job retention and document employment
• facilitate job-readiness training and group activities
• assist with resumes, cover letters, and mock interviews
• contact job seekers after enrollment and placement
• maintain required files and records.
