What you'll do

• Enter payable invoices
• assist with timely vendor payments
• maintain vendor records and respond to AP inquiries
• reconcile vendor accounts and purchase-card statements
• follow up on discrepancies and missing receipts
• prepare weekly check runs, ACH batches, and wires
• provide accounting administrative support.
