What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Treasury Management officer and day-to-day contact for a client portfolio
• maintain regular client calls to identify needs and develop commercial deposit and Treasury Management opportunities
• lead relationship reviews and recommend solutions including ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, business online banking, IntraFI, and Positive Pay/Blocks and Filters
• provide expertise in client meetings
• oversee implementations and ongoing service support
• resolve issues
• monitor competitor offerings, rates, and market trends
• partner with Commercial Bankers, Retail leadership, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Treasury Support
• represent the bank at community events
• provide local coverage and occasional travel.
