Information Systems Security Manager

The Information Systems Security Manager role is onsite in Arlington, VA. The salary range is $175,200–$210,000 annually. SecuriGence provides technology services supporting critical national security missions, including work aligned with DARPA. The manager leads cybersecurity strategy, risk management, security operations, and a team of cybersecurity professionals to protect sensitive systems and data. The role also oversees compliance, incident response, vulnerability management, secure architecture, and contractual and operational security requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop cybersecurity strategy
• identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• establish security policies and procedures
• ensure adherence to NIST RMF, DoD STIGs, and applicable mandates
• promote security awareness
• lead and mentor cybersecurity staff
• implement incident response and vulnerability management
• oversee continuous security operations
• design secure architectures
• conduct assessments and audits
• evaluate security tools
• coordinate with engineering teams
• oversee security and contract actions.
