What you'll do

• Advise healthcare clients on licensing, regulatory compliance, operational, and business matters
• research federal and Texas healthcare laws and licensing requirements
• draft, review, and negotiate healthcare, employment, business, and commercial agreements
• counsel physicians, practices, and business owners
• support transactions, practice transitions, and compliance initiatives
• build client relationships and collaborate with attorneys.
