What you'll do

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• advise HR leaders and benefits consultants
• build relationships across the benefits and insurance ecosystem
• manage multiple accounts and a sales pipeline using Salesforce
• forecast accurately
• and monitor industry trends and competition. Travel for client meetings, broker events, and internal meetings is required as needed.
