What you'll do

• Coordinate daily property operations, leasing, marketing, and customer service
• direct resident and tenant relations, safety and security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, inspections, and snow removal
• walk the property to check cleanliness, rules, and maintenance
• meet occupancy, rent collection, and compliance benchmarks
• maintain property files and records
• prepare resident and move-out files
• ensure compliance with housing laws and company requirements
• assist with subsidy administration under HUD rules
• contract with and supervise vendors and approve invoices
• develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• analyze financial statements and operating variances
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate staff as applicable.
