What you'll do

• Develop and implement activation plans for product launches, events, and brand campaigns
• coordinate cross-functional execution
• oversee social posts, videos, and marketing copy
• manage social calendars and monitor engagement
• track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• manage restaurant support and operational improvement projects
• coordinate Operations, HR, Training, IT, Marketing, Facilities, and Finance
• develop project plans and communications
• monitor milestones and risks
• track KPIs
• and partner with the Chief of Staff on community partnership branding.
