The CDL Class A Driver - Equipment Hauling - Over-the-Road (OTR) is an onsite role based in Houston, TX. This role exists to transport heavy equipment to and from regional job sites. The driver is responsible for the safe execution of transport duties, including flatbed operations and manual transmission vehicle handling, while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

What you'll do

• Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job.
• Transport equipment to and from customer locations.
• Completes pre and post trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements.
• Loading and unloading equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
