What you'll do
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff and supervision for license-eligible interns
- guide direct care staff and support crisis intervention and emergencies
- review charts and documentation for accuracy, medical necessity, and compliance
- facilitate peer review and quality assurance
- ensure assessments and treatment plans are completed and reviewed
- coordinate staff training and development
- collaborate with program leadership and other services
- support program development and client-sensitive policies.
