What you'll do

• Direct fiber splicers and assigned field personnel
• coordinate work assignments, schedules, priorities, and crew deployment
• oversee splicing, testing, troubleshooting, restoration, and maintenance
• review splice packages, prints, schematics, OTDR results, and project records
• monitor production and deadlines
• assist with complex splicing and emergency restoration when needed
• inspect completed work
• ensure crews have tools and materials
• maintain records and reports
• train and coach team members
• promote safety and quality
• participate in safety meetings and inspections
• travel between job sites and markets as required.
