What you'll do

• Coordinate pre-participation physicals and medical registration documentation
• provide first aid and emergency care
• evaluate injuries and provide initial treatment
• apply and supervise protective devices
• collaborate on conditioning and flexibility programs
• refer athletes to healthcare professionals when appropriate
• develop and manage rehabilitation programs
• monitor recovery and document progress
• provide coaches with updates and injury reports
• make return-to-play recommendations
• cover home contests based on risk, priority, and staff availability
• maintain medical records and supplies
• oversee the athletic training room and equipment.
